About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM) is responsible for activating new accounts and maximizing growth/revenue for 100Plus in the mid-market / enterprise arena. The ESM is tasked with creating, developing and executing sales strategies as well as understanding and communicating the data which proves an ROI for prospects. 

The ESM is expected to deliver consistent revenue performance and growth aligned with company goals and objectives.  This is a role primarily focused on closing inbound leads.  


Position reports directly to Sales Leadership.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

 

  • Sign new mid-market / enterprise accounts, with a practitioner count of 25-100+
  • Learn and understand the enterprise accounts extended business model and create offerings and solutions to meet the 100Plus sales goals and customer objectives
  • Become intimately familiar with the enterprise accounts and communicate the business value and/or ROI of our product
  • Be able to complete an RFP process 
  • Be able to guide enterprise organizations through security/privacy reviews 
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to prioritize, coordinate and apply resources where needed
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction within your accounts
  • Obtaining a depth of knowledge on all 100Plus solutions and services
  • Strong comprehension of healthcare industry initiatives and the correlation with Remote Patient Monitoring solutions and services
  • Maintaining accurate and standardized account records via Salesforce & Outreach.io
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of responses to "Requests for Information" (RFI's) and "Requests for Proposals" (RFP's) from prospects
  • Active participation in weekly regional sales meetings and monthly divisional meetings.
  • Coordination of product demonstrations and presentations of 100Plus software and devices
  • Maintaining a level of understanding of issues related to healthcare and specifically to RPM, Medicare and health systems

 

This is a US-based, remote role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year institution
  • 6+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years enterprise sales experience
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment is required
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage at least 10 projects at one time
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
  • Experience selling complex solutions, managing pre-implementation requirements and providing account management support post-implementation
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% in your company)
  • Ability to create, edit and review technical contracts and documentation
  • Dynamic presenter with the ability to translate technical thoughts into everyday language
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills
