The Vice President of Acquisition Marketing’s primary responsibility is to drive and manage customer acquisition programs to recruit doctors on to the 100Plus platform. You will spearhead the scaling of our online marketing channels and contribute directly to the already growing business. You will own the strategy, administration, analytics, and reporting, and collaborate extensively with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams.This position offers high visibility and is critical to the company’s growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive acquisition strategies across paid digital channels, including Google. Bing, and healthcare specific properties, and unpaid/organic channels, including SEO and email
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing’s acquisition, including budget, CAC, LTV, ROI
  • Manage tools and marketing automation, including salesforce, pardot, instapage, and more



  • 7+ years of experience in leading digital acquisition marketing in Digital Health
  • Experience in managing SEM, SEO, and organic channels
  • Ability to analyze data, manage and maintain KPI reporting
  • Ability to mentor and/or train other marketing team members on direct and agile marketing techniques
  • Hands-on experience performing analysis of data in Looker, Excel, and/or SQL
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries
