When does Esper send adherence reminders to patients?

Esper sends adherence reminders to patients when they have not used their device for two days. Esper will send up to four reminders until a reading is taken

  • Reminder #1: 48 hrs. after a patient takes a reading
  • Reminder #2: +48 hrs. after reminder #1
  • Reminder #3: +48 hrs. after reminder #2
  • Reminder #4: +48 hrs. after reminder #3; at this time Esper will escalate to 100Plus Support for a higher touch conversation to drive adherence with the patient
  • All reminders are sent during waking hours
